Event Name
Good Neighbors' Health, Medicine, and LOHAS Fun: Board Game Experience Event
Event Description
In response to the growing proportion of the elderly population in the Sanzhi area, promoting senior health and preventive medical knowledge has become increasingly vital. Actively aligning with the Higher Education Sprout Project, our department organized the "Good Neighbors' Health, Medicine, and LOHAS Fun: Board Game Experience Event." Tailored primarily for local seniors, this event utilized interactive board games to convey knowledge on preventive medicine and self-healing. By promoting lifelong learning, it aimed to help seniors establish proper health concepts, emphasize personal well-being, and practice healthy living, thereby directly addressing the community's need for health education resources.

This year's event features a specially designed "Online Thematic Exhibition" and a "Prize Quiz" to introduce the medical library's resources and MacKay Medical University to teachers and students from our partner schools. The core objectives are to raise awareness of the medical library's functions and resources, and to support local teaching and learning by showcasing the university, library spaces, facilities, and e-book collections.
