The Travel Medicine Companion

Book Title: The Travel Medicine Companion

Synopsis:

While there are numerous books on the market for tour leaders and tour guides, there is a distinct lack of reference books focused specifically on travel medicine. Furthermore, it is very rare for physicians with a medical background to cross over and serve as foreign-language tour leaders. The author, who serves as the CEO of medical tourism at a hospital and enjoys traveling and making friends, is one of the few physicians in Taiwan who holds a foreign-language tour leader license and has actual experience leading tour groups. Understanding the relevant medical problems frequently encountered during travel, he has compiled and categorized medical procedures for critical emergencies. We believe this book will fulfill the travel medicine needs of most travelers, tour leaders, and tour guides.
