Interlibrary Loan Applications and Partner Institutions

Interlibrary Cooperation Services are designed to supplement our library collections, achieve resource sharing, and facilitate academic mutual exchanges. To assist our faculty, staff, and students in conveniently accessing resources from other academic institutions, the library provides the following services. You are highly encouraged to make full use of them:

【 1. Online Request Services 】

  1. Discovery Service System: This system integrates all electronic resources across the MacKay healthcare and academic network. Once your requested materials arrive at the library, an automatic email notification will be sent for document collection. This service is completely free of charge.
  2. Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS): Our faculty, staff, and students can request book loans or journal article reproductions from other domestic libraries. Please fill out and submit your application online through the NDDS portal. Once the documents arrive at our library, an email notification will be sent to the applicant for payment and collection.

【 2. Direct Visits to Partner Libraries 】

Faculty, staff, and students can present their valid Student ID or Faculty/Staff ID card at the 2F Circulation Desk to borrow an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Card, allowing you to borrow and return books directly at the partner library.
