Notice: Summer Break Book Borrowing Policy & Key Dates (2025)

To accommodate faculty and students during the summer vacation, the library has adjusted its borrowing dates and regulations. Please review the following details:

Key Dates 

• May 26, 2025 (Monday): Summer long-term borrowing period begins.
• August 13, 2025 (Wednesday): Regular loan periods and library hours resume.
• September 10, 2025 (Wednesday): Final deadline to return all books borrowed for the summer.

Rules & Regulations 

1. Borrowing Limit: The maximum borrowing limit for students is increased to 20 books during the summer.
2. No Renewals: Since summer loans are classified as long-term borrowing, no renewals are permitted.
3. Book Drop: If the library is closed during the summer break, you may return books using the Book Drop .
4. Library Hours: Summer opening days and closing dates will be announced separately on the library website.
