Our library joined the "National Bibliographic Information Network" (NBINET) of the National Central Library as a partner library in 2019 (108th Year of the Republic). Joining this organization allows us to co-build and share bibliographic data with other domestic institutions. Since 2020 (109th Year), we have uploaded bibliographic records on a monthly basis to fulfill our responsibilities as a partner library and share resource data. Furthermore, we adopted the Resource Description and Access (RDA) standards for cataloging in August 2022 (111th Year). This year (2025/114th Year), our library is honored to receive the "Golden Devotion Award" (金心獎) and the "Golden Innovation Award" (金創獎)!

This year's NBINET Partner Library Directors Meeting was held on the afternoon of October 30 at the International Conference Hall of the National Central Library. The number of NBINET partner libraries has reached 124. Through years of collaborative efforts among all member institutions, the total volume of bibliographic records has exceeded 16 million.

The meeting concluded with a presentation ceremony for the Certificates of Appreciation for Collaborative Contribution to honor the dedication of the partner libraries. A total of four awards were presented this time:

• "Golden Volume Award" (金量獎): Recognizing libraries whose uploaded bibliographic data volume in 2024 ranked in the top 10% of their respective library categories; a total of 13 libraries received this award.
• "Golden Devotion Award" (金心獎): Recognizing libraries that uploaded data every single month in 2024; a total of 37 libraries received this award.
• "Golden Authority Award" (金威獎): Recognizing libraries that provided Chinese name authority records in 2024; a total of 5 libraries received this award.
• "Golden Innovation Award" (金創獎): Recognizing libraries that adopted RDA standards for Chinese book cataloging; a total of 17 libraries received this award.
