Project II
Event Name
Good Neighbors: Fun in Health and Medical Exploration
Event Description
To support local residents in Sanzhi and maximize the utilization of our specialized medical library resources, the library hosted four on-site experience sessions from 2023 through the first half of 2024, attracting a total of 80 participants. During these events, visiting faculty and students explored medical and health databases and engaged with VR anatomy learning tools. This not only broadened their medical knowledge but also supplied instructors with valuable curriculum resources and inspired students to discover interests in healthcare fields. For those unable to visit in person, an online promotional campaign was developed for the second half of 2024 to extend the reach of our medical library resources, ensuring the library remains a top-tier partner for professional development and user education across schools.
