The EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) provides a Google-like search interface that integrates Mackay Medical University’s physical library collections, e-books, and e-journals. It also connects you to resources from the Mackay Memorial Hospital Library, Mackay Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management Library, Open Access (OA) materials, and NDDS (Nationwide Document Delivery Service) for interlibrary loans.

 EDS Mobile App Introduction

EDS App

  1. Initial Activation: You must log in to the app while connected to the on-campus network to activate it. Once authenticated, the app can be used for 30 days. After this period, you must re-authenticate by connecting to the school network again.
  2. Account Requirement: A MyEBSCO account is required for login and domain authentication. Click here to register your account 👈
  3. Installation: Please click the app icon (in the original link) and follow the instructions to download and install it on your mobile device.
